This unlocker is meant for narq group TE's release:
01-03-2008 The.Sims.Carnival.SnapCity.v0.029-TE
Why READ NFO? Because that game is not a beta or alpha as you might
assume based on the version number. The game files and code in the
decrypted executables are 100% the same in the above game compared to the
Full ISO game releases by RELOADED/VITALITY. The FULL ISO CD game has
a readme file that claims the game to be at version 1.0.0.
Both the Shareware release and FULL ISO report v0.029 on the main menu.
The CD is obviously not beta, so neither is the identical shareware game.
End of story. Now go ban the thieves. (*U* know who they (U*) are)

1. UnZIP all archives to a temporary directory.
2. UnRAR the archive to your "My Documents" directory,
overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
a) Windows 9x kernel (98/ME):
"My Documents" is usually in "C:\"
b) Windows NT kernel (NT/2K/XP):
"My Documents" is usually in "C:\Documents and Settings\\"
If you have trouble, make your own profile in the game. Then, search your
drives for the following to find the correct location for extraction:
"The Sims Carnival SnapCity"
(the directory name)
3. Play with the "TNT" or "TNT2" profile:
TNT = all level unlocked but not completed (so you can track your progress)
TNT2 = all levels unlocked and completed (so you can see the pretty,
colourful completed city on the game map)
We recommend using TNT2 to just see the city once and then using TNT to
actually play the levels.
