NOTE:
1. Install program with "TE4XP_Retail_4.2.3.193_setup_en.exe"
2. Copy "TMPGEnc4XP.en.lic" to
"C:\Documents and Settings\[User's name]\Application Data\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc4XP"
3. Copy "TMPGEnc4XP.exe" and "TMPGEnc4XPBatch.exe" to
"C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress\" overwrite old ones.
