Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder is an application software runs under Windows
environment which covers full specification of MPEG1 encoding capability
featured our original encoding engine developed by Matsushita Electric
Industrial Co., Ltd.. This software can produce superb quality MPEG video
and audio streams without using any hardware except your PC itself. This
software supports high resolution and bit rate over MPEG1 Standard. There
are many useful functions in this software to enhance MPEG1 image quality,
for example, Selectable 3 kinds of Quantizer Matrix, Noise Reduction filter,
Smoothing Filter, Forced Intra Frame setting and so on.
