KISSsoft for the Dimensioning and Validation of Machine Elements.
Standard Packages have been developed to cope with various problems from many
fields of application. The program has a modular construction so that only
the appropriate amount of software need be acquired.
* The Standard Gear Package allows the calculation of the geometry and the
strength of cylindrical gearing.
* The Standard Shaft and Bearing Package enables calculation of the
deflection and resonant frequencies as well as the strength certification
of shafts and bearings.
* The Standard Coupling-Element Package contains calcualtions for
shaft-to-collar connections, screws, plus welded, glued, and soldered
connections.
* The Standard Spring Package encompasses calculation modules for the design
of Pressure-, Tension-, Leg- and Disk springs.
* The Standard Belt Package comprises the validation of splines, toothed
belts and chain drives.
Expert Modules for Standard Packages can be used to enhance the system in
cases where it is appropriate for your application. Sophisticated design and
optimisation algorithms as well as interfaces to CAD-Programs both simplify
and accelerate the whole construction process, and guarantee the required
safety factors are achieved.
