Welcome to the great v5.0 release of Vocaltec's IPhone. It's probably
the best Internet phone kit available! v5.0 features real dial-out
phone calls, direct ip connections, server connections and live video
connects! We really worked hard to bring u this cool release! LGB and
JES did hard work in the night and hopefully they passed all checks.
First a serial was planned but the routine was very strange. There
is a secret server check that validates the trial time and unique
serial but lgb/jes nuked this check also!We tested it for a few hours
and changed dates - all features worked without any problems! The
only feature you CAN'T USE is the PC to real phone call coz I think
VocalTec charges for these calls money. I'm not really sure coz I
didn't test it but if you plan to call your grandma's phone in the
Amazonas from your PC over the internet for free - forget it hehe!
Try - but i think ya'll have to get a real license and pay for the PC
to Phone calls :-)
Install.......: Install the original and do this exactly:
You have to fill out all text-boxes that want
informations from you during the setup and instal-
lation. Just use Fakenames/Emails, but you have to
fill them out ! If you don't fill them all out, when
using setup for the first time, IPhone may crash
during calls! Some of the testers jumped over this
problem. After you have installed the original pro-
gramm, you have to run the crack patch. After the
patch is applied just enter a registration license
of your choice in the register-window. Don't leave
it blank... write some nonsens like 23133213 in it!
