Users can print host-based or in-RIP separations with unmatched
flexibility and control from a single Print dialog box with advanced color

* Flexible Device Control
Preps prints directly to any PostScript-compatible device, to a PostScript
file, or to a hot folder on a network server. Users can create multiple
configurations for devices to capture and store common print settings,
reducing the chance of error and increasing productivity.
* File Placeholders
Preps allows users to create file placeholders to start building a job
before all the source files are available. Placeholders are easily swapped
with the actual source files when they arrive; offsets and other
adjustments applied to the placeholders are transferred to the actual run
list pages.
