SUM3D is CAM 3D software for die-makers. It is used to define
milling tool paths on 3D models (surfaces/solids). You do not have
to have studied three-dimensional design to use this product: you
simply have to know how to set the sequence of operations required
for machining a die, also from a theoretical point of view. SUM3D is
ideally designed to be used by machine tool operators who, thanks to
their experience in the field, can determine the succession of the
various machining operations to be carried out on the model of the
die to be machined. SUM3D is a pure CAM application and therefore
does not model surfaces. Despite this, the program can generate
curves and simple surfaces, such as flat surfaces and patch from
flat curves or in space, to stop the tool dropping inside the object
to mill and to mark the boundary of the areas to machine etc.

1. Extract, install (setup/setup.exe).
2. Copy(overwrite) the up71 content into your installed directory.
3. Run "LABCKL.EXE" from your installed directory, select "REQUEST
LICENSE", copy/paste the installation code (without the last two
characters) into the included keygen to generate your unlock
code and then enter it into the "INSERT CODE" dialog.
