Arsenal stores and manages information about your firearms, knives,
collectibles, and other items in an easy to use program.
Manage multiple collections
If you have a large number of items, you can group items into
individual collections. This prevents you from scrolling through
long lists to find an item. Collection names are defined by you and
can contain anything.
Unlimited collections
There is no limit to the number of collections you can create. The
only exception to this rule is if you are using an evaluation version
of Arsenal which has a limit of two collections.
Manage item information
For each item, you can record a great deal of information. Important
information such as a serial number, make, and model are standard
fields. If you need to add additional information about an item, you
can use the Notes or History fields. Also, you can attach an
unlimited number of digital images to your item.
Digital pictures
Unlike most inventory programs, Arsenal allows you to attach an
unlimited number of picture links to your item. There is no image
size limit either! The picture summary list will show a shrunken
image but if you double-click the image, it will open a window with
the full sized picture.
Reporting capabilities
Arsenal comes standard with several reports that you can print out.
These reports provide information about your inventory.
Web Links
Arsenal allows you to store an unlimited number of links to web pages
or sites in the program. Stored links are independent of collections
or items and can be useful for keeping track of important or favorite
web pages.
Search
As your collection starts to grow, you will need a way to find items
fast. The search feature allows you to specify specific words to
search for.
