  From the developer: "Arlington Custom Browser lets organizations 
  brand and customize a browser to their own requirements 
  including the ability to restrict access to the internet or 
  their intranet via a password protected and encrypted list
  of favorites, and to simultaneously prevent access to the 
  options menu, operating system and other programs. You can 
  choose from a set of predefined toolbars or make your own using 
  any HTML editor. You can log web sites accessed, prevent 
  downloading of programs and zip files and disable popup windows. 
  You can set an inactivity timeout and optionally disable the 
  address box and favorites menu. 
  
  "Now includes ability to categorize allowed sites into groups. 
  Sites are  now stored in an MS-Access database for easy 
  interfacing with other systems. Can now support upto 20,000

     Lots of exciting things happening here in ORiON. ORiON is proud to 
     announce that it was the #1 group over the entire year of 2000
     having more releases than any other group. In February we had
     our 3000th release which is an amazing milestone that only a few 
     groups ever reach. Also, ORiON turned 2 years old in February!
     We are now one of the best cracking groups of all time, and
     continue to be the top releasing cracking group in the scene.
     
     Things have been improving for the group as new members have been
     joining and new council have been appointed. We have a new webpage
     up so things are looking great for the group by the day. We would
     like to thank everyone who supports ORiON and thank past and present
     members for there hard work and dedication.
