Always On Time is a Windows Internet utility that will connect to one of
a dozen public atomic time servers and fetch the current atomic clock
time value. If a difference in time is discovered between the atomic
time server and your PC's clock, you then are able to update and
synchronize your PC's clock with the current atomic clock time
Always On Time provides a high degree of accuracy and the difference
between local computer time and atomic clock time after correction will
rarely exceed 0.5 second. This slight difference may be caused by
unavoidable network transmission delay.
Always On Time is configurable, allowing you to choose alternate time
servers, and also allows you to have your PC's clock synchronized
automatically each time Windows boots up
